What if…
We all took some time out and lived our true joy, true happiness? Would our friends think we were acting stupid? My thought… Not if they are truly friends. Why is it that we a embarrassed to be happy? We shouldn’t be.

Okay, I am pretty much a cat person and sometimes judge dogs as a little bit silly and hyper. But right now I have this huge grin on my face that just won’t go away, and may indeed be with me all day. Bailey is pure unabashed joy. Thank you for taking the time to put this video together — I plan to share it with all my dog friends, and even the readers of my book, Choosing to Be: Lessons in Living from a Feline Zen Master. After all, I do have a chapter on Finding Joy — and Bailey says it all, doesn’t he?
